UPDATE: The March 21st Science on Saturday has been canceled. Truman State University has canceled all on-campus events for the spring as a precaution against the COVID-19 pandemic. It is disappointing that we cannot have this event, but ultimately public health comes first. We hope that everyone stays safe and finds a way to make the most out of these trying times.

Science on Saturday is a fun day of activities to get kids excited about math and science! Every semester at Truman State University in Kirksville, MO, kids from grades 2-6 from the surrounding area (even as far as Macon!) come to Magruder Hall and attend classes (around 25 minutes long) that are science or math related. The Truman State University chapter of Beta Beta Beta, the co-ed biology honors fraternity, has sponsored this event for several years now, and it is a great experience!

Next Science on Saturday: Fall 2020 (TBD)
